Mercedes V-Class
1–7 passengers · families and small chalets
A private minibus for the whole party, from the arrivals hall at Geneva to your residence in Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 or 2000: up to 19 people with their skis, one fixed price per vehicle, agreed before you fly.
From Geneva Airport we cross into France at Bardonnex and take the motorway via Annecy and Chambéry to Albertville, then the N90 up the Tarentaise valley to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, where the mountain road to Les Arcs begins.
Les Arcs is four resorts named after their altitude — Arc 1600, 1800, 1950 and 2000 — on the same mountainside, so the address you give decides how far up the climb goes.
Fixed prices per vehicle, one way, tolls and VAT included, from our booking engine on 8 October 2026; the live quote for your exact address may differ slightly. Card payments carry a 3.5 % fee; on a V-Class return booked together, 10 % comes off the total.

More than 19? We run several minibuses in convoy, or a coach up to 50 seats on request.
Arc 1800 alone has four quarters — Charvet, Chantel, Villards and Charmettoger — and Arc 1950 and 2000 sit higher still. The residence name lets the driver go straight to the right one.
Arc 1800 is largely pedestrian and parking is paid in winter. Arriving by minibus, the group is dropped at the residence and the car-park question never comes up.
Les Arcs and La Plagne form the Paradiski area, joined by the Vanoise Express cable car since 2003 — useful if part of your group is staying on the other side.
Most chalets change over on Saturday and the N90 is the only road up the valley; on the busiest weekends the département runs a traffic-management scheme on it. Allow extra time in both directions — a Friday or Sunday transfer is often noticeably quicker.
Bourg-Saint-Maurice station is at the foot of the resort, and a funicular climbs from the town to Arc 1600 in about seven minutes, with free shuttles on to the higher villages. With a group's ski bags, though, every change counts.
In winter, coach services run from Geneva Airport to Bourg-Saint-Maurice, from where you continue by funicular or bus. For a full chalet, the minibus removes both changes.
It leaves when your group has landed, goes straight to your address, and costs the same whether you are 8 or 16 — which is why, for a whole chalet, it often works out close to the per-seat price of shared transport.
Add your flight number at booking: the driver plans the pick-up around your actual landing time rather than the timetable.
CHF 1,080 one way in a Mercedes V-Class for up to 7 passengers, or CHF 1,570 in a Mercedes Sprinter for up to 19. The price is per vehicle, tolls and VAT included; card payments add 3.5 %.
About 2 h 40 for roughly 209 km by motorway in normal traffic; allow more on peak changeover Saturdays.
Yes. The Sprinter seats up to 19 passengers with up to 19 bags. Tell us how many ski bags and boot bags you carry when you book, so we send the right configuration.
Yes, to all four villages. Enter your exact address in the booking form and the price is calculated for it.
Les Arcs is in France, so the route crosses the Swiss–French border. Every passenger, children included, should carry a valid passport or national ID card.
You can — it runs from Bourg-Saint-Maurice to Arc 1600. For a group with luggage, being driven to the door of the residence is usually simpler.
