Can you pick up at a specific chalet address?+
Yes — anywhere a Sprinter can reach safely. For unplowed driveways or narrow alpine lanes, we’ll coordinate a meeting point the evening before.
Do you quote in CHF only?+
CHF by default. Corporate accounts can invoice in EUR or USD. Card payments accept all major currencies at the interbank rate.
How far in advance should I book?+
Ideally 48 h. We take same-day bookings when a vehicle is free — dispatch will be honest about availability within 5 minutes of your call.
Do you operate outside Switzerland?+
Regularly: Chamonix, Megève, Courchevel, Val d’Isère, Milan, Annecy, Lyon. Our drivers carry French and Italian paperwork.
