Do you track flight delays?
Yes. Your driver monitors the flight number live; pickup time follows landing. Sixty minutes of wait are always complimentary.
What if my group is larger than 19?
We dispatch two or more vehicles in convoy, with coordinated arrival at your venue. Luggage trailers available for alpine routes.
Can I pay by invoice (corporate)?
Yes — monthly consolidated invoicing with thirty-day terms is available once your company account is set up.
Are child seats provided?
Complimentary rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats. Please indicate the child’s age at booking.
What happens if I cancel?
Free cancellation up to forty-eight hours before pickup. Inside forty-eight hours, a fifty-percent fee applies; inside twelve, the full fare.
Do drivers speak English?
Every driver is fluent in English and French. Most also speak German or Italian — indicate a preference and we match you accordingly.
